„It was a great place to just relax and watch the water. Everything you needed for a quiet place to unwind. Extra toothbrushes were provided if you needed them with other bathroom products, plenty of towels for two, lots of cooking options. (Also, it is not the house with the carport, it is further back from the road than I realized and tried to get into another BnB/Vrbo before I realized I was at the wrong one)“

„This is a cute little place with plenty of space. Much more comfortable than a hotel room. Only takes about 15 minutes to drive to Martins Ferry and Wheeling. My son enjoyed sitting on the back porch and watching the barges on the river. Loved having a good k-cup coffee maker available. I also greatly appreciated the washer and dryer that allowed me to wash up our laundry the night before we left so that I didn't have a bunch of laundry to do when we got home. „Stayed two night as we were there for a family reunion. It was just me and my son, but would be perfect for large families and ppl with little ones. They had a lot that we just didn’t use. The property is nice and quiet, if I had any negatives it would be they are not the most comfortable beds, other than that, excellent for the price.“

„It a nice house that has everything that you would need. It's far enough away from the city where you don't have all the traffic but close enough that you can be there in 25 minutes. Val is a great host came up to welcome us and then he gave you privacy. Defiantly recommended this property and would stay again.“

„Amazing property and an amazing stay. It was so sweet to see how the place was set up to accommodate dogs and also children. There were snacks and a totally equipped kitchen. The bedrooms and bathroom were located downstairs as well as a great laundry room. I have been on the road for three weeks and needed to clean some clothes.
