„We landed on the beautiful island of Portland by chance and were immediately enamoured. It's a very beautiful, special place and surprisingly also a good starting point for exploring the Jurassic Coast. The cottage is very lovingly furnished to a very high standard, but what we didn't realise (and can't be seen in the photos) is that it is really, really small. „Great place to stay for Weymouth and Portland. This cottage is ideal for dog owners, dog food bowls and treats there ready for your 4 legged friends. The cottage was beautifully decorated and very clean. The welcome pack was great, with tea, coffee and a pint of fresh milk in the fridge. There was a Tassimo coffee machine with pods provided. „Ein typisch englisches Häuschen direkt am historischen Hafen von Weymouth, liebevoll einrichtet und mit allen ausgestattet was man brauchen könnte. Übergabe total unkompliziert per Schlüsselsafe am Haus. Liegt ruhig in einer Seitengasse, aber direkt um die Ecke auf die ganzen Restaurants und Fish'n'Chips Büdchen am Hafen. Zum Haus gehört ein Dauerticket für einen nahegelegenen Parkplatz. Wir haben unsere Zeit hier genossen!!!“

„Amazing location right by the quilter shingle end of Weymouth beach. B&Bs either side but very quiet with the livelier activity just a short stroll away. We parked for the week in the station longstay for 26 and you can park outside the property for an hour to load/unload. Great size and well equipped for our very large family. Felt homely but very tidy. There was a quite unpleasant smell in the middle front bedroom, but thankfully if the door was closed and bedroom window open it didn't spoil ...
