„Alexis was very helpful through the whole check in and stay. The property can only be accessed by the water. Alexis connected with us through WhatsApp to make communication easier and answer any questions we had. It took us quite awhile to reach Lake Atitlan due to traffic but we were able to take a water taxi to the hotel from Panajachel. „It is the perfect location and very nice rooms for the area. It is right across the street from good restaurants and bars. A lot of young people so it’s a great place to meet other travelers. The rooms were clean and the staff is very nice and helpful. The pool and hot tub are great. Highly recommend if you plan to stay in San Pedro, it’s the best city for young travelers in my opinion and the hotel is right by the boats you take to the other cities!“

„View from room was disappointing: You see only small part of the lake-no volcanos- room is nice but noz worth to climb up 175 steps. From restaurant you see one volcano, restaurant is nice and good.“
