„Very friendly and helpfull persons working there. It is clean. But I did not like a precharge at check in from my credit card: 50.000 ind. rupees (almost 600 Euro). So I decided not to eat there and went to good restuarants not far away from the hotel. I was was very disappointed about this precharge even if I do not have to pay it finally. But all in all it was a good time at that hotel!“

„Es war nur angenehm weil wir auf ein Clubzimmer nach vielen Diskussionen upgegraded wurden. Man wurde genötigt zu das Personal zu grüßen. Der Zimmerservice musste mehrmals aufgefordert werden zu jeder einzelnen Aufgabe. Die tägliche Zimmer/Badreinigung fand sehr oberflächlich statt. Selbst bei Bezug des Zimmers wurde die Dusche und Toilette vorher nicht geputzt. Es war ok aber eben nicht gereinigt. Die Matratze ist sehr dünn und hart, selbst die Bettdecken als Matratzentopper haben da nicht ...

„Das schönste ist die poollandschaft. Leider ab 16.00 ungenießbar weil die ganze Luft verpesstet ist von starkem Gestank. Das Hotel ist sauber doch einen Schritt hinter dem Tor zum Strand watet man durch Müll den niemand interessiert. “

„I have always enjoyed my stay at Theory9, however, this time there were extremely noisy guests living on the same floor who didn't sleep till 2am, cooked a full meal in the kitchenette, left the dishes unwashed and unusable for the other guests on the floor. The staff saw this but didn't say anything to them. There was one night where they came back to the room at 1:30am and wouldn't talk softly at all. That woke me up and I couldn't fall back asleep. Just a terrible experience overall.“

Before travelling I was advised to contact the care taker who would let us in, i called and called (as well as reception) and no one answered Leading to us having to check in to an alternative hotel for the night.
