Westgate-on-Sea is a charming coastal town. Situated between Margate and Birchington-on-Sea, it offers stunning views of the English Channel and boasts a beautiful sandy beach (St. Mildred's Bay).

Guests have the use of the house, garden and parking when booking.
The top-floor bedroom is not accessible to guests and is locked.

The house boasts a modern, open-planned kitchen/diner/living area with 2 bedrooms, one double and the other with two bunk beds, a family bathroom, and a downstairs WC.

The Living area has a Smart TV with access to Netflix and free access to a super-fast Wi-Fi connection.

The open-planned Kitchen/Living area which leads onto the garden, houses an induction hob and oven, a fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, and a coffee machine. There is also a dining table for those looking to have evenings in as well as a table and chairs in the garden for when you wish to dine outside on warmer days and evenings.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need for your stay-ideal for when you fancy a night in.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed and a wardrobe along with a desk for anyone looking to work away from home.

Bedroom 2 has two bunk beds; a TV and a double sofa bed-the sofa bed is available upon request (please highlight this upon booking.)

The bathroom has a bath and shower.

There is a small garden area to enjoy during your stay-perfect for the summer evenings. This has access to the parking bay which is located just behind the house.

It is a 10-minute walk from Westgate train station or a 2 minute cab ride.
The Loop bus runs along Westgate Bay Avenue and takes you around Thanet to Broadstairs and Ramsgate.


The main bathroom and bedrooms are located upstairs on the first floor. There is no lift access to the first floor of the house.
Please note that the top floor bedroom is not available to guests and will remain locked.
