This place offers peaceful lakeside living with modern comforts. You can enjoy the tranquility of nature while being just 20 minutes from the amenities of Caledonia and close to Kejimjukik National Park.

The main floor features a primary bedroom with a king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, convenient in-suite laundry, and a full bathroom with a tub and shower.

Upstairs, the open loft provides additional sleeping space with a double bed and a single trundle bed, along with a cozy TV lounge area, a sofa, and an air mattress for extra guests.

On cooler evenings, curl up beside the warm wood stove with a good book or your favourite drink.

Start your mornings with a coffee or end your days with a glass of wine on the covered front porch, overlooking the tranquil lake and quiet cove. Watch the sunrise reflect across the water as ducks glide by, beavers go about their day, and blooming lily pads create the perfect backdrop for a peaceful escape.

One of the true highlights of the Sleepy Loon is the quiet cove. Only a few neighbours, and the sounds of the loons on the lake to keep you company. To the left of the property is a beavers home. Sometimes you can catch them swimming around. 2 adult kayaks and 2 paddle boards are available for our guests.

We are on a private lot and there is a driveway with space for three cars.

The Sleepy Loon is in the wilderness but is 45 minutes from Bridgewater, less than 20 from amenities in Caledonia, and about 1 hour from Carters Beach on the South Shore.
