The mattress is extra firm which I don't mind but my husband hated and the bathroom sink is very tiny. Don't even try to brush your teeth in it or you will wind up with water all over you and your feet. It's in a perfect location and it worked well for what we needed. „The home is in fair condition for an older home and about what one should expect with the exception of the tub and shower. It is not acceptable and needs replaced. It is located on the top of a hill with great views of the mining pit. It was quiet and comfortable but needs some TLC.“
