„The location was really good for us and the area. The rental was clean and had every thing you would need. We stayed in the first of Sept and there is one small AC for the unit that is located in the bedroom. It was off when we arrived and took several hours to cool down and from there we left it on and it was cool enough when we got back in the evenings. A really nice couple owns it and they live on the property but let you have your own space. The outside space was nice to have for our use ...

„The loft was very clean and very cool! It’s in a building on the National Register of Historic Buildings in downtown (old town) Spearfish. The loft was well appointed and renovated very well. Parts of the floor creaked a bit, that’s to be expected of a historic building. The loft has plenty of charm and a great location. If you are coming to Spearfish I would highly recommended you stay here!!“
