„You have to lift your luggage by yourself up the staircases, there is no lift and no help. Elderly people shoudl be warned about this. The room looks as if it has been renovated the last time 40 years ago. It was clean but everything was very, very much last century including a carpet. The room was on top smelly. The TV seemed to be 25 years old. The bathroom has no light, the sink to brush my teeth was in the room and you stand on carpet. That's not what I would expect from a hotel today. The ...

„When they say this property was remodeled it is true and they did a wonderful job on the remodel. . This is conveniently located to I-79, tons of shopping and restaurants and also the Bayfront area which is a beautiful area that I knew was there until I was invited to lunch while in town. The staff is excellent from the time I checked in to the tie I checked out everyone was very polite and professional. The breakfast was very good and fresh with a wide variety of items. „Great hotel“

„We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights and stayed for 1 night on our trip from Ohio to Niagara Falls. I know that it is a Motel and I can't expect too much, but those rooms were dirty and not taken care off. The water tap didn't work properly. There was a lot of dust on the window frames. The AC unit was old and very noisy and the mattresses were hard and uncomfartable. In addition, the service staff was not very considerate when we asked them for reimbursement of 1 night since we had to change plans to ...

„Das Motel muss vor kurzem renoviert worden sein. Das Zimmer sah sehr neu aus. Auch die Wände waren nicht beschmutzt wie in anderen Motels. Auch das Badezimmer war neu (auch, wenn es nur die Standardbadewanne ist).“

„This hotel is so la la. The Check in was friendly enough. The room smelt musty and old. The heating/air conditioning was difficult to adjust. Breakfast was till 9.00, however at 8.30 most things were empty and not refilled. The T. V. Was turned to face reception and not the breakfast room. We had to wait till somebody was free to check out and it looked like we were bothering her. I will not be booking a Comfort Inn again. “
