The property wreaked of marijuana, the neighborhood was very sketchy and felt unsafe, and the management company running the company failed to communicate properly. The smell of marijuana at the property was so bad that I ended up not being able to stay at this location more than 30 minutes, as the smell was making me sick. „Arthur was very prompt in responding to emails and continued to stay connected during our stay. The space was as described in the listing. Availability of coffee grounds and tea bags were a plus. As others mentioned, the stairs are little tiny/small to get to the bedroom, however not a major distractor to the overall property and location.
