The individual on site didn't know much about maintenance. Our door lock didn't latch at all and that was totally understandable for such an old building. The property manager greeted us promptly at the counter in the General Store. She gave us a quick rundown of other businesses nearby for food, coffee, etc. She offered free internet while sitting on the General Store front porch.
