„Hotel has a beautiful carved maple lobby, beautiful view of the illinois river & friendlt and accomodating staff. Rooms are nice. Some of the hallways etc could use some updating. Nice and quiet with excellent complimentary coffee in the mornings. Irish pub within walking distance as well as excellent pizza at Hoops Pizza and beer. Also located next to I 74 with wasy access“

„The staff and hotel were amazing! The only issue we had was our AC in the room didn’t work. We contacted the desk and they said they would send maintenance, but we never saw them nor did it ever get cool in the room. “

„I initially had a problem with the lock on my first room but the staff at the front desk took care of me immediately and the stay was fine otherwise. It wasn't the fanciest of hotels but for the price, I would stay here again. “

„Das Zimmer war für amerikanische Verhältnisse klein. Der Kühlschrank funktionierte nicht. Stühle in der Lobby waren sehr wackelig. Aus der Decke der Lobby hat es getropft und die Hoteleingangstür hat gequietscht. Das Bett hat geknarzt und erst nach gefühlten 10 Minuten kam lauwarmes Wasser aus der Leitung. Es sollte dringend Geld investiert werden. Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht nochmal buchen.“
