„Beautiful beach house nestled in the dune grasses. Located on the border of OOB and Ocean Park, it was perfect for us with over 150 years of history up there.The beach was right outside our door and the rooftop deck was a favorite perch for all to watch the tides. Especially loved the kitchen being so well appointed that I could cook!Front row seat for the best 7 miles of beach on the eatern seaboard!“

„The house was beautiful and in a great location. The kitchen was well appointed and everything was labeled makingnit easy to find and put away. The beds were comfortable. There wa plenty of seating for meals. The stairs to the lake are well-maintained an has benches at every landing should you need to rest. The boats, paddles, and PFDs were in good condition. Overall it was a great stay. “

The sand was much more pleasant to walk on than the sand directly in town which is about a 5-10 minute walk depending on if you’re distracted looking for sand dollars and shells. The owner Lena was so accommodating to my wild children, my anniversary and daughter’s birthday was celebrated during our stay, and Lena brought a small cake & gift to my daughter on her special day. „This was our second year staying at Serenity on Lake Sebago and as anticipated, it was just as wonderful! The five children ranging from 4-10 had the best time playing on the dock, kayaking by, fishing, swimming in the lake, and tubing on the rental pontoon during the day. At night playing Pool or board games and making smores by the fire kept everyone entertained - they didn’t turn the TV on once! The house is well equipped and we made all our meals on site. „We had a great stay at Heron’s Perch! This house has lots of space for hanging out and sleeping. The beds are comfortable and clean. Plenty of towels provided and a well stocked kitchen. Our absolute favorite was the wonderful, private front porch. This house is within walking distance to everything down front on the island. If you’re looking for space and being close to the ferry, stores and beaches I would highly recommend.“
