We stayed two days to ski at Holiday Valley, and enjoy Ellicotville. We were able to walk to town, it was just under a mile, and there are sidewalks the whole way. I’d definitely stay here again! “

Everything we needed for our stay was provided. We did not cook but the kitchen was appointed with everything you would need if you did want to cook. The location was close to town and right next to one ski resort. We will definitely stay here again on our next stay. “
