„My recent stay at this location was very satisfying. The gentleman attendee in reception was friendly. The room was spacious, clean, cool and the beds were very comfortable. The weather did not permit us fo enjoy the lake which is walking distance from the hotel. But all in all I had an enjoyable time at Canyon Lake. I would love to go back to enjoy the lake.“

Der Umgang mit unseren beiden kleinen Kindern war nicht nur unangebracht, sondern steht auch im Gegensatz zu den sonst sehr netten, höflichen und kinderliebenden Amerikanern. Leider schlägt sich die Laune des Personals auf die Gäste nieder. Irritierend ist auch der Hinweis beim Check-In, dass Expedia deutlich unter den eigenen Preisen die Zimmer anbiete und man doch die eigene Firmenwebseite ...

„This is a favorite home-away-from-home for me. Central location to relatives’ homes. Easy access to airport. The hostess goes above and beyond providing bagels, coffee ( pods or ground coffee). I appreciate the security of the main gate and the front door with iron grill door. It’s very clean and cool in summer and cozy in winter. There’s 2 flat screens and most toiletries you can think of. After a long day it’s nice to retreat to this cozy home and rest for next day. Communication with hosts is ...
