„Gleich zu Beginn bin ich freundlich begrüßt worden. Das war mein erster Aufenthalt allein in einem Hotel und die Personen am Empfang sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Auch sonst war alles super! Das Zimmer richtig groß und alles schön sauber, super bequem. Vom Verkehr habe ich absolut nichts mitbekommen, also schön ruhig. Das Essen war richtig lecker und es war für jeden etwas dabei. Habe eine schöne Zeit da gehabt und kann das total empfehlen!“

„The customer service and room and breakfast were phenomenal. It’s centrally located for the airport and Lackland Air Force base. The worst thing was the hot tub never got fixed the whole week we were there and the pool could’ve definitely been cleaner but that was all! We had a suite and a group of 6 and 7 when we had my son after his graduation. They congratulated all of us and were always accommodating when we needed extra towels and wash cloths or just to use the outside grill and laundry :) ...

„Parking lot attached to gas station was convenient, breakfast was adequate, room was clean and updated, bed comfortable. Didn’t like the parking. I was charged for 2 days $16 when I arrived at 4:30pm and left the next morning at 9:30. Should have been free or only $8 for one day. Contracted to 2nd party so reception desk can’t help. “

„There was a lot that was in disrepair. The ice maker in the hall, shower rod and curtain in the room, ice build-up in the refrigerator, mold above the showerhead in the bathroom, wallpaper peeling by the tub, drywall crumbling by the tub. Bathrooms by the lobby closed for repair.“
