„Howdy Ranch was the perfect bookend to our summer. We wanted a weekend away to enjoy each other and be outdoors. The pond was loved by all including the dogs! The water toys (john boat, kayak and paddleboat) were great to have access to. We did a lot of front porch sitting, dock fishing, cooking on the fire pit and admiring the sunset. Disclaimer, we have no idea if the tvs work…never had a reason to turn them on! “

The Sinclair included everything we needed, from extra towels and blankets to a fully stocked kitchen including even coffee filters, cooking oil, and a few spices. We loved the period decor--Sinclair-themed art, an old jukebox, even the little dinosaur.
