"Old style country manor in a beautiful location and setting in the Ayrshire countryside. Staff very friendly and some of the public areas were beautiful (Grand Staircase a particular highlight) Breakfast buffet was also well worth the money, although the room was not the easiest to get to. BUT - the bedrooms need serious updating. Cleanliness was good but not great, floorboards creaked all over the place, bed was uncomfortable, bathroom had cracked tiles al over the place, one window was draughty and didn’t lock, and the bedroom in general felt like it was stuck in the 1980s. Such a shame and a stark contrast to the rest of the building. Would visit again just for the setting though."

"Uns hat das Hotel für einen Kurzaufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Sauber, freundliches Personal, schneller, regelmäßiger Busverkehr in das Stadtzentrum. Unser Zimmer war trotz Lage zur M 8 sehr leise. Es gibt ein gutes englisches Frühstück. Gut: Für Hotelgäste kostet das Parken am Hotel 10£."

"Uns hat die moderne Inneneinrichtung in der Lobby und den Zimmern gefallen. Außerdem bietet das Hotel an der Bar auch echten Starbucks Kaffee an. Der Weg zum Terminal ist nicht weit und man kann ihn auch zu Fuß laufen, circa 5 Minuten. Uns hat die Unterkunft für die eine Nacht gut gefallen, wir würden sie wieder buchen."
