„I booked this property 5 months ago and on the day of arrival, the host told me we would be staying in a completely different property to the one booked due to a ‘double booking’. I felt this could have been communicated to me at the time of booking and not on the day I was due to arrive so alternative accommodation could’ve been sorted. I’m really disappointed and this experience has spoiled what should have been a relaxing weekend away with friends.“

„The place was spotless and had little touches to help make the stay comfortable. We had a minor issue with one of the apartments, but customer service was quick to deal with it and we really appreciated that. Overall a nice stay with great location, car parking is quite limited though.“
