She also made sure we had parking in front of the property. The photos do not show just how nice this place actually is, and It is so cozy and homey. We would definitely stay here again. “

„We enjoyed this location for a Thanksgiving trip to see Philadelphia and local family. Check in and out was smooth. Recently rehabbed property, was very clean with quiet neoghbors. We had an issue with a doorknob and the owner came to fix it within hours of reporting it. The only difficulty was finding street parking later in the evening, but it was easy to find during the day. We rode the bus a couple times and walked every day, which helped us find local coffee & pie shop, murals, cheesesteak ...

„My wife and I stayed here for the weekend to catch up with some friends. The house was awesome, beautiful, and immaculately clean. The neighborhood was perfect for running or walking. We chose this area because it was a good halfway point between us and our friends, but I'm glad we decided to stay at Joe's place. The pool was awesome. Joe was responsive with any questions we had. I'd highly recommend this place and we would stay here again next time we're back in the area. Thanks Joe!“

„This property has everything you need for a friends weekend. Pickelball, pool, basketball, even golf hitting net were all used by our group and we enjoyed the TV room and large outdoor space. Takes a little navigating to get there, but the directions were well done and communication with the owner was great. They were very responsive to all of our questions. „great location very cute well maintained place with character. if you can’t climb stairs don’t go there. four flights of stairs one room per floor. but its very comfortable and fun if you can climb. loved it. parking on street. if your car is taller than 6’6” like ours we had to drive out of town to find overnight parking that wasn’t on the street. “

„I was looking for a comfortable place to stay with my son and his friends who were playing in a nearby volleyball tournament. The house was just as described and had everything we needed for cooking in, relaxing outside, and grilling. I was very pleasantly surprised with the neighborhood in Phoenixville. Bridge Street, a short walk from the house, is open to pedestrians only on weekend evenings and had lots of nice shops, restaurants, and live music. There are plenty of cafes all around the ...
