My experience was significantly impacted by pest issues. I checked in after 6:00 PM and immediately saw a roach. I contacted management right away by phone and email and provided photos and videos. „Room - not clean, with previous guest belongings were still all over the room. Cleaners - never came 2hrs after there were scheduled. Owners - of the establishment were highly unprofessional. Urgently requesting for me to cancel/refund my reservation 2hrs after check-in bc they had double booked my reservation and would not be able to house my party of 2 for the weekend. „We had a great time staying here. The directions to find and access the place were easy to follow. The bedroom was very comfortable (nice and toasty despite the chilly weather) and the facilities were great. And what a special treat to find fresh-baked muffins upon arrival!“

„Great location, easy walk or quick car ride to restaurants, bars and the Delaware River for amazing views. Easy parking out front (just have to move every 2 hours during the week so you don't get a ticket). Apartment was very clean. Beware the steps to it, very steep! Only thing we'd recommend is a full length mirror in one of the rooms.“

„We had a great time in Philly. The location is walkable to major attractions, and it truly felt like home with amenities like a washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. The key lockbox presented an Escape Room experience during check-in, taking a bit of time to get it open, but check-out was smooth. There are so many great options nearby—breakfast spots, juice bars, grocery stores, and happy hour bars and restaurants. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and wished we could stay longer.“
