„Well, where do I start!! *First of all, the last thing you want to be doing when arriving somewhere on a break is to be making up beds. Having the beds made up and having other "normal" linen provided (towels) costs another 33 per night. Is this a STAYZ normal thing? If so, it is absolutely ridiculous. *The bedrooms are very very hot and there is only one wall mounted airconditioner in the main living area. The kitchen window badly needs a blind (anything in fact) to stop the afternoon sun ...

„A positive - the owner neighbours & dogs were friendly - important as you all share the small lawned garden off your patio. Half the unit block are rented - the holiday unit is in the middle. The accommodation was below standard in relation to the high cost. Understandably it was peak season, & we booked late (September) thereby limiting our options. .Cleanliness - the unit was not well presented and in need of a very serious deep clean. Previous guests /cleaners had left a full dustbin  ...

„Overall a lovely weekend, discovering Augusta and the local history and characters was wonderful. The only blemish was the mould smelling from the kitchen sink cupboards which I realised was due to the tap leaking badly when turned on and flooding behind the cabinets! Please replace that tap immediately, not sure what you can do about the mould now?“
