„We booked this location to get away for a few days with my daughter after her High School graduation. We had family coming in from out of town and wanted a place to accommodate us all. The location is close enough to town but still far enough away to be peaceful. The photos do not do the property justice. It is fabulous!! The hosts have done an outstanding job of providing the necessities and the accommodations are welcoming. We enjoyed every minute of our time there and we will definitely come ...

All the amenities needed for our trip were there and all worked. The air conditioning did great in the Texas heat! „The property overall was very satisfactory. Just a couple of items that we noticed in need of attention. The A/C vent in the Master BR was loose from the ceiling and the hall bathroom toilet lid is in need of adjustment, as it would not stay in the upward position. I would suggest a WiFi Extender for the home, as the WiFi signal is very weak for the living room TV, to reduce buffering. Thank you very much for the use of your home.“

„The lake house certainly did not disappoint! We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the lake front view with new renovations inside that make it great! We were told this side of the lake is a bit quieter, and I would say that is probably true. It is peaceful and enjoyable! The property is pretty close to downtown Lake Granbury with cute shops and nice wineries, etc. There are only a few small recommendations - keurig coffee maker but bring your own k-cups! Also, shampoo, conditioner and body wash ...

„Overall great place based on location and space for our families. Could use a deep clean especially in the bathrooms and all the furniture/beds were very squeaky and not super comfortable. The owners were super responsive and helpful even though it was a super busy/hectic weekend with graduations and power outages from storms. Would stay here again.“

„Enjoyed the house. Bathtub has a draining issue. Saw bugs in kitchen near sink. Master bedroom mattress is worn out. Not enough supplies for a five person family. Toilet paper, paper towels and air freshener. Also had to wait a really long time for entrance code. Place was listed and said fire pit and grill, never saw a fire pit. Other than that, it was great.“
