„Mike arrived immediately for check-in. He was a fantastic host, very informative about what to do and where to go and places to eat. When 2 of our group became ill, he kindly left us energy drinks. Facilities at the house were excellent, property was spacious as per photos and very clean. We would highly recommend this property and this host to anyone planning to visit the Chicago area.“

„Don’t let the “upper floor” on this listing scare you away, it is a full house you have access to which was our concern. There’s a second (basement) unit that is fully separate- although you need to be conscious of noise on the first floor of the house if it’s rented which was fine with us. Good for a local wedding we were attending- tons of space. Perfect for our group of 4 (late 20’s, early 30’s) but would be a good sized property for a family as well. We could have had 2 more adults or 4 ...

„The house was perfect. Stayed for one month as a family of three with one dog. The host was easy to communicate with and clearly loved the home. The house had everything you might need in terms of kitchenware, bedding, and space. The location was convenient with plenty of food, grocery store, and activities nearby - definitely need a car though. “

„This is truly a gem of a property. The old home is fantastic and well-equipped. The kitchen is one of my dreams. There are many spaces so no one is tripping over each other. Beds are very comfortable and the master bath is something of my dreams. Home has lovely outdoor space and we enjoyed watching the birds bathe in the birdbath. Home is surrounded by bushes so is quite secluded while still being in a bustling suburb of Chicago. Already planning another visit with some friends!“

"Älere aber gepflegte Unterkunft. Teilweise renoviert und sehr ordentlich und sauber. Freundlicher Service an der Rezeption, im Frühstücksraum und beim Zimmerservice. Frühstück und Parken inklusive zu fairen Preisen. Downtown Chicago mit dem Auto innerhalb 30-50 Minuten erreichbar. Je nach Verkehrslage."

"Gutes Hotel, günstig zu Flughafen und Rentalcar-Center gelegen. Zimmer sind geräumig und wir hatten einen tollen Blick auf die startenden und landenden Flugzeuge. Die imposante Halle und die gläsernen Aufzüge sind schon sehr besonders. Das Personal war immer zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das angebotene Frühstück war für den Preis zu dürftig, aber man konnte sich ja auch eine Kleinigkeit beim zum Hotel gehörenden Starbucks holen."

"Well functioning airport shuttle and a well-equipped big gym. That’s the two positive aspects I can mention. Apart from that the hotel does not fulfill the function that people use a hotel for- get sleep when they are away from home. My room was exactly after the runway so the departing aircraft’s flew right over. Instead of using triple-glazed windows or other measures to reduce noises, they only have very old windows not protecting guests from the noise at all. I don’t now how often I woke up from departing airplanes but I now can differentiate very well the sound of narrow and wide body aircraft’s during take off 😂 Please do not give the feedback that I have ti expect this at an airport hotel. The night before I stayed at Atlanta airport in similar proximity to the airport and they had well isolated window systems reducing the noise to maybe 25% of the level of the Hyatt Regency at O’Hare airport."
