"We only stayed one night but we liked this hotel very much. Parking and drop off by our hotel shuttle was the only part that was a hassle because it is right on a busy road with no place for the taxi to stop to let you get your bags in or out. There was very heavy snow while we were there so this made it even more of a challenge since we had all of our snow ski stuff. But otherwise a fantastic place."

"Mostly clean & pleasant for the price but a few issues. Bedroom door didn't shut unless it was locked with the key, the bathroom 'moved' and staff were only available a few hours per day The breakfast was fresh and plentiful and location is good though"

"Very clean room - full credit to the housekeeping team. Close to tram station - only a few steps. Very good breakfast too. Would be better if there were options for those who do not eat pork. Overall, 5* quality. "

"Very clean bed/bathroom. It was cold outside but the room was nice and cozy. Pillows were a bit soft and flat, But the reception quickly sorted that out and delivered more to our door. Larger than normal fridge, which was a plus."
