Solides Mittelklassehotel ohne große Extras
Das Best Western war mein Ausweichhotel für eine Dienstreise, da mein Stammhotel ausgebucht war. Für den Anlass der Reise war das Hotel absolut in Ordnung. Renoviertes, geräumiges Zimmer, guter, freundlicher Service an der Rezeption, funktionierendes WLAN und gute Lage nah zum Zentrum. Extravagantes ist vom Hotel nicht zu erwarten, aber eine gute Wahl für einen kurzen dienstlichen Aufenthalt in Watford.

We stayed at the Best Western for 3 Days and we really enjoyed our Stay. Lovely Staff, always friendly, helpful. Rooms were very clean and Comfy! I really recommend the hotel to everyone for a quick Stay. Thanks for everything, till next time! *Breakfast could've been a Bit more.

White House is an older property centrally located in Watford only a few minutes from Sainsbury's and the shopping area. Parking at the rear of the property is convenient. While the decor is older, the rooms are comfortable and clean. What makes this property special is the friendliness of the staff. Every member we encountered was friendly and polite. After a long haul flight, it filled the bill. Clean beds, hot shower and a place to launch our travels.

Free parking is a bonus, staff are very friendly and helpful. The bathroom needed a thorough clean! Have stayed twice now and each time I've been told to dial 0 for reception on the phone in my room but never had a phone both times staying in different rooms.

It was clean and the bed was comfy. However the shower was either scolding hot or freezing cold and the hotel is in need of modernisation.

The accommodations are very basic, but clean. My shower was not easy to use. No working fan in the loo. The parking situation isn't idea. However, the staff were amazing. Absolutely could not have been better!

Decent room, very poor sound proofing.
Good room size. Clean. Practical. Thin walls, could hear people walking or even on phone. The bed was changed and the bed side tables were no longer at the side of the bed, more a corner table not reachable from bed.

Not a good experience
Room too hot, had to have windows open the whole time, so no sleep due to noise from road. Room very dated, mold on net curtains plus hole in them, stains on carpet, appliance checks 6 months out of date. Howver, desk staff were very helpful, reception & bar area was modern & clean. Stayed in a few Best Western Hotels up & down the country this is definitely at the bottom of the list. The only good thing was the location.
