„Host was accommodating, responsive, and was great overall! The property was very comfortable and exactly what I needed. I loved the neighborhood for nice walks in the evenings. Quiet and safe! House was clean and had many interesting art pieces and books. TV was very good and all amenities were as described. I would definitely consider staying again. This a on excellent location with a short trip to New Haven for lots of great places nearby. “

„The Lake House was AMAZING! With its 5 great size bedrooms ( privacy for everyone) . 3 full baths, with plenty of hot water, for the many showers after a day in the lake The 1/2 bath on first floor was a nice bonus to have with such a large crowd! The large, fully stocked kitchen, with its large island and even larger peninsula (plus a view of the lake) made preparing, cooking and serving meals most enjoyable! „ Our family was here for our son and now daughter in laws wedding. We loved the house - perfect location close to the wedding venue , other family homes, and restaurants . Gilbert is the consummate host , polite , great communication , every amenity you could think of provided , balloons and congrats signs, and so clean. The topper were the cotton tail rabbits and woodchuck in the backyard ! Thank you Gilbert for a fantastic stay.“

„Perfect location near the beach! When we stayed the weather wasn’t ideal for the beach day but I can only imagine how perfect this house would be in a beautiful day! The host had a wagon and beach toys available as well which was wonderful. Very cute property. I was unsure of our check out instructions other than to ensure we cleaned our dishes and messaged the host and never heard back but other than that our stay was great. “

„The house and hosts are absolutely incredible! Perfect for large groups or families. The basement adds a massive extra space for hangouts / activities / games without disrupting anyone asleep. House has everything you could want in a lake rental. The private lake area is great being in a cove, only downside of this property is the walk from the house to the steep steps going down to the water which would be tough for olde generations. “

"The hotel was great, very clean, very good service and a good condition of the room. Unfortunately it is very difficult to sleep in the rooms on the side away from Yale on Friday and Saturday nights. There were a lot of loud noises from parties and car meets. The restaurant and the bar offer a good service and tasty food. "
