„The staff are wonderful the location is a little problematic as there are only taxi sand the nearest station is laksong which is 4 km there are buses of course , if you miss the last sky train it's challenging to get to the hotel for a reasonable price , but with that I would still come to this part of Bangkok but it is not central for people that have not been to Bangkok before. There is a great food market out on the Phet Kasem road and a good sized fridge but no restaurants near by that serve ...

„Nice clean hotel I would say average never came and change sheets or towels we took them to family home as this was my honeymoon very bad Wi-Fi kept breaking up on arrival gave us six bottles of water no kettle coffe or tea in room lived on water and pop no food asked. "Das Hotel hat eine eigene Haltestelle (Surasak) und ist fußläufig zum Sathorn Pier entfernt, von wo man überall gut hinkommt.
Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstück und auch alle Speisen und Getränke waren aus unserer Sicht sehr gut. Es gibt eine hoteleigene App, die wirklich sehr praktisch ist und über die man sämtliche Informationen abrufen kann, aber auch z.B. Essen auf das Zimmer bestellen kann, was wir auch genutzt haben.
Unser Zimmer im 28.Stock hatte eine atemberaubende Aussicht und auch den Pool im 14.Stock fanden wir toll.
Das einzige, was man vielleicht als nicht optimal bezeichnen kann, ist die fußläufige Umgebung um das Hotel herum. Diese war aus unserer Sicht nicht besonderes sehenswert.
Insgesamt hat aus unserer Sicht das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis super gepasst und wir würden auf jeden Fall auch weiteres Mal dorthin gehen. "
