We hiked several of the nearby trails, went for a swim in the lake (cold but worth it!), and spent time skipping stones at the river just east of the property. We went grocery shopping in Aberdeen before arriving so that we'd have enough food for the entire stay, as there didn't seem to be grocery stores or many (reasonably priced) restaurants in the area. „This A Frame was an excellent way to camp - a lil bit more put together than a tent, but still with the camping feel. It rained the night I was there and was great to hear the rain coming down while looking out the window and hearing the ocean. The place was clean and having the mats for my sleeping bag was key. „The setting was stunning! It felt like such a safe and soothing home away from home. What I was looking for was close access to the Olympic Discovery Trail and a safe place to keep my bike. The trail is literally just down the hill so I had two days of very nice rides. The property has beautiful sunsets, fruit trees and places to relax and explore.
