This beautifully renovated Wasaga Beach home offers a bright, modern and comfortable space for families, hockey groups and weekend getaways.

The open-concept main living area features vaulted ceilings, plenty of natural light and comfortable seating surrounding a large Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances, ample counter space, a spacious island with seating and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. A dining area provides additional space for everyone to gather.

The home features three comfortable bedrooms: two private bedrooms with one bed each and a third bedroom with two beds—ideal for children, friends or teammates. Every bedroom includes its own closet, giving guests plenty of room to unpack and settle in.

The modern bathroom features a glass-enclosed shower, fresh contemporary finishes and convenient storage. Guests will also find thoughtfully stocked kitchenware, cookware, glassware, a coffee station and other everyday essentials.

Outside, enjoy the beautiful wooden deck and private firepit area surrounded by five Adirondack chairs—the perfect place to relax after the beach, share stories after a hockey game or enjoy a quiet evening beneath the stars.

You have full use of the house and back deck entirely to yourselves. The Fire pit area is a shared area for others on the property to use as well and is communal. Parking for your house is in front of where you are staying with lots of space.
