Right next to the beach, many RI staple Resturants such as Flo’s, and a quick bike ride or drive to Bristol and Newport. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely stay here the next time I’m in town“

„Our family enjoyed staying at this rental house, which was near Newport Beach House, for a wedding. It is a beautiful house with water views and well stocked. It was great having a bathroom for every bedroom. There was plenty of parking space and a nice yard for a litlle throwing of the football. We would recommend it to anyone.“

The team at STAY Newport was super responsive, though there wasn't much we needed, since the cottage was just as we expected and even better! Lots of room for our girls' trip and super close proximity to walk down to the beach. „We were a group of 4 senior women on a golf vacation. Outside porch/ deck closed off with chairs, so we didn't use, not a big deal . Screen on the porch deck damage , so we just figured that was the reason. House owner wonderful, answered every question we had. Very comfortable home. Excellent location to restaurants, beach and golf course. Very pleasant experience. “
