Nestled on a quiet street, the house offers a peaceful retreat, while being located in the CBD and a short stroll to nearby beaches. It's the ideal home for everyone, offering plenty of space to unwind and relax. One of the standout features is the private backyard, which creates an oasis-like atmosphere with a seating area that overlooks the lush greenery surrounding the property.

Possum House features 4 generous sized bedrooms, a large kitchen and two living areas.

The front of the home includes three stylish bedrooms, two with queen beds and third with two singles (that can be made into a king on request). Each room features quality linen, wardrobes, and wall-mounted electric heaters for winter comfort.

At the rear of the home, the master bedroom features a spacious walkthrough robe that leads to an ensuite with a shower, bath, and vanity. The room showcases a stunning timber canopy bed, enhancing the home's timber theme.

The main living area is large and open-plan, featuring a kitchen, dining area, and lounge space.

The kitchen is a great size for a family, including an island bench. Appliances in the kitchen include a large 900mm gas oven & cooktop, fridge, toaster and kettle and all the other basics you would expect.

The dining area is equipped with an 8 seater dining table, perfect for those nights when you would like to have a home cooked dinner with your family or friends.

The main lounge area includes a smart TV with access to Netflix. Positioned in front of the TV is a quality L- shaped couch, extremely comfortable and perfect for a movie night in.

In additon, there is a second living area, containing a double seater couch with a Smart TV for guest use. This living space is the perfect place to sit, soak up the sun and enjoy a glass of wine whilst enjoying your home away from home.

Flowing outside, through the sliding door from the main living area, you are greeted by the rear undercover deck, which looks out over the spacious and perfectly manicured backyard and includes a 6 seater outdoor dining table.

The main bathroom is located off the main living area, which includes both shower, bath & wash basin, with a seperate toilet. There is also a full laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

To the front of the home is the carefully manicured front garden with a large double garage with extra space in front for extra parking.

Possum Place is located minutes from everything - Warrnambool's flagstaff hill Maritime museum is a convenient 100m walk away.
Lake Pertobe adventure playground is 500m and the main street is approximately 500m as well.
