Nestled amongst secluded coastal gardens, Silver Ball Retreat is an architecturally designed 2 bedroom holiday house with beautiful beach views, only 10 minutes walk to town and 15 minutes walk to the beach.

Offering superior comfort and style, Silver Ball Retreat is set over 2 storeys and sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably. Its calm and welcoming space offers the perfect getaway for families, friends, couples and workers.

Upstairs is the open plan area with lounge, kitchen and dining room. The ground floor has polished concrete throughout and features two bedrooms, large bathroom and European laundry.

Embrace open plan living with an inviting north facing loungeroom featuring a large leather couch, flat screen TV, split system air conditioning and beautiful garden and bay views.

The north facing balcony is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing.

The round table in the dining area seats four comfortably and the fully equipped kitchen with large gas cooktop, oven and integrated dishwasher ensures cooking is a breeze.

The kitchen also features a Russell Hobbs airfryer, Nespresso coffee machine, and large island bench with sink and filtered tap.

Warrnambool’s much loved and distinctive landmark The Silver Ball is on view through the kitchen/dining windows. The ball comes alive after dark when guests have a front row view to the changing colours projected from LED lights onto the ball.

Complimentary WIFI is included in your stay and there is also a desk/study nook off the lounge area for people looking for a quiet space to work.

Both bedrooms have queen beds with memory foam tempur and body balance mattresses, 1200 thread Egyptian cotton sheets and French linen doona covers. Choose between a low profile contour pillow or a high profile memory foam pillow.

Both bedrooms have split system air conditioners, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobes and ample storage throughout. Bedroom 1 has a TV and beautiful views of the front garden. Bedroom 2 opens onto the back deck, extending the bedroom`s charm to the outdoors.

The spacious bathroom has a large walk-in shower and thoughtful amenities such as conditioner, shampoo, and body wash, while a separate toilet enhances convenience. The large vanity and mirror add to the functionality of the bathroom. Sheridan towels are provided for your stay.

The European laundry has a washing machine, heat pump dryer, sink, iron and clothes horse, all for guests to use.
