„Extremely dirty and DANGEROUS. Drug deals going on all night. Cockroaches everywhere. No soap or towels. Front desk not staffed when we arrived. Called on phone for somebody to show up. Paint falling off walls, trash everywhere. The shower did work and the toilet did flush. Super creepy. This facility should not be marketed on Expedia for any price.“

„We were passing through as three adults with a couple of dogs, so the place definately met our needs and we found it to be a good value as such. Although the neighborhood seemed a bit run down, it did not feel unsafe at all. The one nearby neighbor we spoke with was very friendly and helpful. Recommend with understanding of the above comments. The host was great.“

„We had a great family vacation here while visiting my niece who is stationed at the naval base! It’s a 10 minute drive to the base, less than 5 minutes to a store, and walking distance to a walking trail around the water. The house was fully stocked with so many amenities not listed on the website, we were so thrilled and surprised! Great host. We will stay here again when we are back visiting the NAS naval academy! “

„We enjoyed the stay. Cottage was cute and small. Not great if you are a light sleeper. Traffic noise was loud at times. We like it dark when we sleep and the house has shear curtains throughout. Bathroom is small and cute, with allyou could need. We had everything we needed nearby. Overall it was a nice stay.“

„We were there to visit our son in flight school. It was VERY close and convenient to the base and the museum. This home had so, so much space...more than we needed but it was perfect. We were not interested in "out on the town" or restaurants so I cant tell you about that, but shopping options were great and there were some dining options a short distance away. The home had everything we needed amd a great backyard set up. This was a great find in this area and we felt safe and it was quiet.“
