In all my travels, I have rarely — if ever — encountered such a well-equipped fitness facility in a hotel. This is not just a place for a light workout; it allows for a serious and complete training session. All of this is complemented by the hotel’s excellent location, which is both convenient and highly enjoyable. Overall, an exceptional stay that I would gladly repeat anytime."

"Overall, a really pleasant stay in a good location with an excellent breakfast and a great pool area! You can tell that the hotel is now 20 years old, but also that it was a very high-quality hotel back then. The rooms are stylishly furnished and have a great view. However, as is typical for its age, there are no power outlets by the bed and some of the furnishings are a little worn. But that's to be expected, it's not new. The staff were consistently very friendly and helpful. The pool area is very clean, well organized, and in good condition. The breakfast offers an exceptionally wide selection and the breakfast area in the Podium Restaurant is stylish. In winter, however, it can be quite cold there. It's best to bring a light jacket. The location is excellent. A train station with direct connections to the airport or Liverpool is only a few minutes' walk away. There are also many restaurants, pubs, and a supermarket. I never felt uncomfortable in Deansgate. Would come again and recommend the hotel."

"Keine Vorabinfo über den Wechsel von Novotel zu A&O, keine Zimmerreinigung. Nur Entfernung von Gläsern, Wasserkocher und Kaffeekapseln während dem Aufenthalt. Die ganze zeit ein Aufzug ausser Betrieb. In einer Nacht sogar beide Aufzüge."
