„Our party totaled six people, including 2 very young children. We rented both apts...upper and lower, which was necessary for us as we needed at least 3 BRs. This house fit the bill perfectly, with 2 BRs in each apt. If you need a place that's super clean with plenty of room, this is it. Although the property is VERY close to Rt 9, the fenced side yard was good for the kids and lounging around a campfire. „Keith was amazing and so easy to communicate with. The house was great, with more than enough room. The only issue for our family was the dog. South Shore Road is very busy in that area, and we could not let the dog out without its lead even for a second. Other than that, I would give my stay and the house a 5 star!“

„This is a neat, small house, that while a bit dated in decor, was very comfortable and clean for an overnight reunion of "senior" friends from high school. It provided us with the space to sit and reminisce and catch up on each other's lives. There was a nice deck overlooking a small picturesque stream, a large, comfortable living room and an adequate kitchen that met our needs. „My sister's plus one partner and a pup gathered at The Sunrise Cabin for 5 nights to celebrate a 60th birthday. The house and location were perfect for us, providing us a scenic spot to cook and play games together, play in the water, participate in several local activities and to just relax. David was an excellent host. He is very communicative, responsive and is an excellent baker. All of his services were much appreciated by our group.“
