Wake up to the sound of birds and waves, with views of private surf breaks right outside your door.

This compact house utilises cleverly crafted spatial devices to pack a lot of punch into a small place without compromising on the scale of the living areas. It is designed to have a small environmental footprint and sit in harmony with the natural landscape. Thoughtfully fitted out with quality modern interiors and furnished to a high standard, the space is modern and comfortable.

Overview
• 3 bedrooms: one master bedroom with a queen size bed, one kids bedroom with a double bed (might not be suitable for tall adults), one queen bed with luxury bed linen and stunning view on surf breaks

• Two full-sized bathroom with a toilet, a bath and a shower, and hot water of course.

• An open plan, well-equipped kitchen with a fridge, kettle, toaster, oven, sink and all cooking essentials.

• A washing machine and a dehumidifier. Please note there is no dryer.

• A lounging area including a wall-mounted smart TV with streaming services like Netflix, etc.

• A desk and lounging area on the mezzanine level of the guest unit, including a wall-mounted smart TV

• Free fast and unlimited Wi-Fi.

• Well insulated. There are heating panels throughout the entire house and a heat pump in the main unit

OUTSIDE, there is:
• An outdoor (covered) large deck with outdoor couches. We also provide a small folding table and chairs for outdoor dining and relaxing.

• A traditional Finnish sauna that fits 4. For a true thermal experience, pair with a dip in sea.
