If a TV is critical for you, there are two but they're quite small by today's standard. There are window ac units that we used to bring in air, but we never needed the ac. „We stayed in this property bc our daughter’s graduation (Amherst) was sold out. We used the property to have a place to sleep and shower exclusively.The duplex was clean, well equipped with towels and linens. We used two of the 3 bedrooms. The king size bed was comfortable enough. The queen size bed (not the bunk bed) was very uncomfortable according to my daughter and her partner. „The neighborhood is a little dicy but we didn’t feel like we were in danger. It’s just kind of run down. The house was clean. Spacious. There are two queen beds and a twin not the queen and a full as described. Maybe they were confused because there was a full size headboard for one of the queens. 25 minutes from the Log Cabin where we had a wedding. Would have been nice if the code had been changed so my daughter could have gotten in with no hassle….oh well. All in all- not a bad experience. “

„Very clean, nice neighborhood, newer appliances (kitchen not as well stocked, and no grill- just fyi- but if you don’t plan to cook that’s no issue). Easy trip to downtown and local universities. Owner easy to contact and quick to respond. We had a very nice stay.“
