„My husband and I enjoyed the rest and relaxation in this cozy cottage in a picturesque setting. Location is about 20-30 minute (beautiful!) drive from several cute Catskill towns and Oneonta, where our son was playing baseball. We truly unplugged in this cozy home. Highlight was sitting by a fire enjoying a delicious charcuterie board/wine (go to Good Taste Epicurian Market in Franklin!). Thanks for hosting us!“

„First this property is set in a wooded, quiet, peaceful area. We arrived to find everything very clean and well stocked. Every room was comfortable and cozy. The beds were comfortable and we slept very well. Our host checked in often to be sure we had everything we needed. Internet worked well and we had no problems with anything.We will be very happy to return when we visit this area again. “

„The best place to relax and stay after watching some great baseball at Cooperstown ASV. The hot tub was lovely and the forest background at night was incredible. The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable and we enjoyed the records and record player! Accommodating hosts and super responsive to questions. We will absolutely be back. “

„This location was perfect for 6 adults and 2 children. Very spacious, clean, and great decor. Everything we needed was provided. Woukd definitely stay again. Only complaint was the housekeeping team that cleans up afterwards accidentally left a used towel behind one of the bathroom doors and some clothing items were also left behind on the top dresser drawer in the master bedroom. Other than that, house was perfect. Close to Oneonta and about an hour drive to cooperstown.“

„Attended 2024 Cooperstown Baseball tournament at the ALLSTAR VILLAGE fields. We were happy to get away from the fields as we wanted both to be 30 mins away from fields but also peace and beauty. This is a great spot for families attending the tournament, about 30 mins away and lots to entertain younger siblings.
