Staff were friendly, welcoming, accommodating, and helpful. The nearest bus stop seemed a bit of a walk on busy roads, and cab prices varied, in particular Apollo cab charged more than others and the driver would only accept cash. Definitely worth staying if you have a car.

Nice property, but stated that it was newly refurbished - it needs to be renovated. The rooms had that old musty smell of when a property is old, and the air con only went down to 15.5 degrees, and is probably as old as the building. Not sure what the point of having an air con feature is when it didn’t work, it was hotter in the room than it was outside, absolutely awful.

Convenient for an event we had to do in Enfield so it was much easier staying at this property rather than one in central London and having to fight traffic to get there the next morning. The staff were friendly and it is over high standard for a local hotel.

A very good two night stay, enhanced by being given a complimentary room upgrade at check-in. Spacious and comfortable, but the towel rail radiator in the bathroom was broken and we felt cold. Sub-zero temperature outside. All the staff we encountered were first class.

Booked a suite. Bed and sheets smelt strongly of stale cigarette smoke. I arrive late and didn’t have the energy to get up and go through the hassle of moving rooms thinking it would pass and just the room. However realised throughout the night the pilllows duvet and headboard just oozed of cigarette smoke. It was disgusting as wonder when they were last cleaned?
