I stayed in the Stables which is a small apartment and certainly worth the extra money. (treat yourself its very spacious) We had an excellent breakfast I had perfect poached eggs and my colleague had very fluffy pancakes which they gave him a double portion. Cant wait to return :)“

„Versehentlich wurde das Zimmer noch einmal von der Kreditkarte belastet. Nachdem ich selbst noch einmal nachgesehen hatte, ob das Zimmer nicht bereits bezahlt war, und darauf aufmerksam machte, wurde mir der Betrag wieder gut geschrieben.
So etwas sollte ein Hotel beim Check-In doch eigentlich wissen!

„Lovely place, easy to find and parking was easy with just a short walk - the room was lovely, as were the staff and breakfast! Unfortunately I had a bit of a rough night as although I was placed into room 8 which was advised as one of the quieter rooms (I couldn’t hear the road or trains or anything in this room) a neighbour/other guest upstairs was making lots of noise into the night which I appreciate the hosts cannot necessarily help“

"Das Hotel liegt zentral in der Nähe des Bahnhofes und des großen Bulling-Shopping-Centers. Man ist fußläufig schnell an vielen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Allerdings wird im Hotel gerade gebaut. Mein erstes Zimmer lag auf der vierten Etage, direkt daneben war eine große Lüftungsanlage für die Bauarbeiten installiert, so dass ich die erste Nacht überhaupt nicht schlafen konnte. Morgens um 8:30 Uhr wurde dann auch gebohrt und gehämmert. Man hat mir dann netterweise ein Zimmer in der zweiten Etage gegeben. Trotzdem haben die Bauarbeiten natürlich durchs ganze Haus geschallt. An Ausschlafen war nicht zu denken auch mal mittags ein Päuschen im Hotel war auf diese Weise undenkbar. Ich finde es eigentlich nicht in Ordnung, dass unter diesen Umständen überhaupt Zimmer vermietet werden."
