„We had a lovely stay at Shearwater, it's a beautiful property and is well fitted out with everything you need. Safe and fun for kids, too, with a fence on the stairs and toys that our toddler loved rummaging in. We loved the area and want to go back because there is so much to see. It was great having two separate lounge areas and a generously sized dining table – perfect for larger groups. However, some practical issues affected our stay. The single beds were too short for taller adults (6ft), and with only 2 toilets – one being in an ensuite – sharing between 10 people wasn’t ideal. The place was spotlessly clean and had everything you’d need for a comfortable stay – all the appliances and cooking essentials were provided. „Nice little A shaped house in quiet, tranquil setting. Had everything we needed although felt it could have done with a few extra homely touches such as a nice bbq or fire pit for the deck to utilise that lovely deck and view a.“

"Super und praktische Unterkunft, wenn man von hier aus den Wilsons Promontory Nationalpark erkunden möchte. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt, auch wenn man von der Ausstattung nicht all zu viel erwarten sollte. Für mich hat es aber vollkommen ausgereicht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und gab mir sogleich Tipps zum Einkaufen und zum Essen. In direkter Umgebung gibt es kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ein paar Cafés und ein größeres Restaurant/Bar, wo sich den Menschen aus dem Ort am Abend treffen."

"Die Unterkunft an sich ist wirklich schön. Allerdings muss man damit rechnen, dass wirklich nichts in der Nähe ist, wo man essen gehen kann oder sich verpflegen kann.Sandys Point General Store, ist ein Witz und man kann dieses leider nicht Supermarkt nennen – der nächste Supermarkt liegt 30 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt! Vom angeblich angebotenen Frühstück haben wir auch nichts erfahren."
