- This charming conversion is a perfect blend of both character and modern and enjoys original features such as stripped floorboards, feature beams along with ledge and brace doors.
The reverse living accommodation means the rear patio is accessed direct from the kitchen - a perfect spot to enjoy the Cornish sun and take in the rural countryside views. Just 10 minutes to the beach, and benefits from a log burner and central heating for relaxing in the cosy lounge area.
Parking - Driveway parking available for several cars. Pets accepted. Short breaks available – take a look at the calendar for short break availability and pricing.
Standard peak week changeover day is FRIDAY
Can sleep up to 8 guests (if you choose to use the trundle bed)

A truly wonderful week in this beautiful cottage despite inclement weather.

Blustery walks, cosy cards by the wood burner; long bike rides; SUP-ing; surfing at Polzeath, kiting at Daymer; Fish and chips & Ice Cream at Padstow; Cocktails in Rock.

The Accommodation
Entrance porch leading to
Open Plan Kitchen/Living area
Lounge - with log burner, sofa seating and additional beanbags. Smart TV. DVD player. Book case with books to swap and read. Direct countryside views including St Minver Church
Kitchen - Fully equipped with a farmhouse dining table and seating for 8 people. Fridge Freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and hob, door leads direct to Rear patio
Staircase leads down to :
Bedroom 1 - Standard double bed with built in wardrobes, side tables with lamps and dresser. Double aspect with rural views out to open countryside.
Ensuite Shower Room - with shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin.
Bedroom 2 - Twin bedroom with large picture window looking over the drive and out to the church and surrounding pretty cottage gardens.
Bedroom 3 - Single bed with trundle bed under if required (please provide your own bedding for this extra trundle bed, once this bed is in use the space in this bedroom is very limited) With dressing table and built in wardrobe.
Separate WC with wash basin
Bedroom 4 - Double bedroom with bedside tables, lamps, chair and wardrobe.
Family Bathroom - Bath with hand held shower attachment, electric shower over, toilet and hand basin.
Drying Room - with heating, drying rack and storage for drying wet suits etc.
Rear patio - accessed direct form the kitchen, with outdoor furniture and countryside views

Pets maximum of 2 pets are accepted by prior arrangement at £30 per pet for all stays up to 7 nights. Extra charges apply for longer stays.
