Wo die Zeit stehen geblieben ist...
Diese Hotel hat mich wieder in Zeit vor ca. 20 Jahren zurückversetzt, als ich das erste Mal in Asien war... Damals top, jetzt nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Die Leute warn jedoch nett und der Service war in Ordnung.

Makes it possible to be comfortable in Vung Tau.
With two kids in tow, we were immediately (and without extra charge) upgraded to an apartment, which gave us parents a separate bedroom from the kids. This also gave us an opportunity to prepare food (though we preferred to eat out). Breakfast was fine for the family (Vietnamese and Western type food). Staff all SUPER NICE. Pool very comfortable.
Thank you very much for your comment. The Palace hotel always try to provide the best service to guests. Hope to see you again in the near future.

The balcony was a very big communal garden with benches and tables with a sea view which made the experience amazing. The hotel was very clean. I could not fault. The staff and cleaners were very friendly also.

The location was great for me, close access to ferry and limousine bus picks you up at the door, taxis at door. Staff were very helpful and obliging. Room was neat and clean and bed was great (firm not hard). Laundry service was available and affordable.

The Palace Hotel has the most amazing staff. This hotel offers a great breakfast buffet to start your day and is steps away from the ocean, parks and adult entertainment. I enjoy my stay at the palace because of the front desk staff and incredible manager.

We had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights during Tet 2020 at this Palace hotel and came away disappointed. While the staff was nice and professional, the hotel unfortunately failed short of a 4-star standard. The rooms of this hotel are quite old and in desperate need of a remodeling and update. Breakfasts in the morning are just okay and not worthy of, nor comparable to, any other 4-star hotel, with the 2nd day breakfast only slightly varied from our first day. Overall, this is a pricey 2.5 to 3-star hotel that is centrally located in a convenient and popular location (close to park, Circle K store, and other restaurants). For seafood lovers, this hotel is within walking distance to Ganh Hao seafood restaurant. Hotel has in-house casino that is open to guests with foreign passports. In summary and unfortunately, we can not recommend this 4-star hotel in its current condition.

Far better value for money just around the corner.
In its hey day I’m sure this was a very opulent hotel. Unfortunately they have neglected to refurbish rooms. Cigarette burns in carpets, dodgy electrical sockets and a need of a lick of paint. Cannot speak highly enough of all the staff who were superb. Pool area could do with more than 9 sunloungers to service the 80+ rooms. Excellent breakfast buffet on offer.

老舗のホテルが故に古さは否めない感じだった。 照明の調光も昔だったら最新式だったのでしょうが今となっては使い難い。 ベッド脇のコンセントがスタンド灯の調光と連動しているのでスタンド灯を消すとコンセントへの電源供給も切れる。 ベッド脇でスマートフォンへの充電に不便を感じた。
