„The property in a small but green and nice park, which makes all the difference, Going out of the gate and trying to walk is not advisable, but that applies to any place you may stay in Mathura. The hotel manager was exceptionally helpful and organised taxi for our stay as well as itinerary. Food served for dinner was very tasty and the chef is good indeed. The place is recommended if you are planning on visiting Mathura. “

„Staff and Service makes the first impression and not the property itself. Here at SG, me and my family felt welcomed. Staff was courteous and made sure our stay and dinning experience was excellent.
Rooms are of decent sizes with all the modern amenities you'd expect in this category of hotels.
I'd recommend this hotel for your stay during your Mathura/ Vrindavan visit. If Shri Banke Bihari allows me to visit Him again, I'd prefer to spend a night or two here at SG.

„Incredibly kind and helpful host! It's always a worry when a little one gets sick, especially away from home, so it's truly wonderful that our host (Mrs. Sweta) was there with a home remedy that worked so quickly. What a relief that my daughter recovered overnight and we could all enjoy our trip as planned!
And to top it all off, the food was amazing too. We had a very memorable experience with hosts. 😊“

„Mathura is a very small town. We had a lovely stay at the hotel. As it was off-season time, we got a free upgrade. The staff was very attentive and courteous. We were there for only a night.“

„The property was an excellent location to celebrate the Holi festivals in Mathura. The staff were exceptional, and were always eager to help out, answer questions and ensure we were happy during our stay. Although the entire staff was fabulous, Yogesh Singh provided exceptional customer service. The food served at the hotel was very good, and extremely convenient. “
