„The prize just good ,the room is cleaned, staffs are good.“

Tolle Erfahrung!“

„I wish i could of booked longer great apartment “

„Cute boutique resort where you can enjoy a quiet stay while only a short drive from beautiful beaches. The hosts make you feel like family and are very accommodating. Highly recommend!“

„Staff and owners treat you well“

„The Cocotree Resort is a modern retreat. It’s accessible from the main road, but once you’ve entered the resort, you’ll feel like you’re in an excluded area. It’s peaceful and serene. There is a restaurant on site with other eateries within walking distance. A shuttle is offered to take you to the local beaches, though Grab car services are very reasonably priced. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. I will definitely look to book here ...

„The staff not everyone nice and welcoming especially the lady when we arrived. The hotel rooms are modern, spacious, but full of mosquitos. The pool is nice but not in the sun in the afternoon and moderate warm. In general ok.“

„Excellent staff and very accommodating “

Sehr bequeme Better! “

„The resort is quite new, very clean and neat. Rooms are spacious and modern, comfortable bed, refrigerator and safe, nice bathroom. The chairs at the swimming pool are comfortable and you can spend relaxing days at the pool. Staff is very friendly. You can reach Alona Beach by a short Tricycle ride for P100. The only downsides were: Construction work outside the resort in the direct neighbourhood which waked us up every day early morning. The breakfast is only two choices, continental or ...

„The property does have fresh water for shower, we had to use salty water from a well very close to the sea. This was the biggest cons in this place …. Especially I rented it for took weeks … imagine my son and wife had to shower at nearby hotel due skin issue. One night there was no water at all. Burning garbage and plastic by neighbors did not allow us to stay in and enjoy the place … Staff on property were awesome and they response very quick but they are limited to what they can change. ...

„Clean hotel. Old tvs, with no streaming services. Cold water in showers.“
