Escape to a spacious two-storey coastal retreat, perfect for relaxed getaways with family and friends. Accommodating up to 12 guests, plus infants in cots, the home offers six bedrooms, three bathrooms and plenty of room for everyone to spread out.

Two separate living areas—one upstairs and one downstairs—each feature comfortable lounges, a TV and a Jetmaster open fireplace, providing inviting spaces to gather or unwind.

The main kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, medium-sized fridge, electric oven and cooktop. An additional kitchenette downstairs offers extra convenience for larger groups.

There are three bathrooms in total: two downstairs, including the master ensuite with a large bath and shower, and one upstairs. An outdoor shower is also available for rinsing off after the beach.

The home offers two separate living areas with fireplaces, TVs and lounges. Year-round comfort is provided by ceiling fans, underfloor heating downstairs, oil-column heaters and Jetmaster open fireplaces upstairs and downstairs.

~ O U T D O O R S P A C E ~

Enjoy large, fully fenced front and back yards, two deck areas, a BBQ and outdoor dining facilities. Guests also have access to outdoor equipment, including a kayak, surfboard and bikes with helmets.

Please note that an outdoor spiral staircase connects the upstairs and downstairs decks. Children must be supervised around this area.

~ P E T S ~

Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Dogs may be walked on-leash along the nearby bike path but are not permitted on Collingwood Beach. Dog-friendly Nelson Beach is approximately 2.5 km away, while Huskisson Beach is approximately 2 km away.

~ P A R K I N G ~

Parking includes a double carport and additional off-street space for a couple of cars. Please note that there is no garage.

This property has a strict zero-tolerance policy for parties, events and Schoolies groups. Please choose another property if you are planning a party, event or Schoolies celebration.

Bookings may be cancelled if we reasonably believe the property will be used for a party, event or Schoolies gathering. By booking, guests agree to respect the property, our neighbours and all house rules.

Bookings over Christmas and New Year are a minimum of 5 nights. Please ensure that bookings in peak summer holiday season don't leave a gap of less than the 5 nights at the beginning or end of your stay
