House 10 people

Very quiet house for 10 people in a stone village in the countryside, close to the city. 1 km from the medieval town of Crémieu. 20 minutes from Saint Exupery Airport. 40 minutes from Lyon. 5 minutes from a shopping center, laser tag, cinema, pub, bar, and restaurant.
Hiking trails, bicycles, and mountain bikes start from the house. 5 minutes from climbing walls.
The house has its own entrance courtyard with garden furniture. A 200m garden with a terrace, table, and garden furniture, and a BBQ. All fully fenced.
On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen: oven, fridge-freezer, Nespresso microwave, coffee maker, food processor, 5-burner gas stove, dishwasher, and washing machine. A bathroom with a separate toilet. A living room and a large television.
On the first floor:
1 bedroom with a 160x200 double bed. One bedroom with a 140x190 double bed, one with an en-suite bathroom.
On the 2nd floor, a large bedroom with four 90x190 single beds.
On the ground floor: one very comfortable 200x200 sofa bed.
Travel cot available on site.
Bed linens and towels can be provided for an additional €80. Contact me to confirm this option.
The house has recently been completely renovated.
