„Absolutely lovely apartment in the perfect location right in the center of Bellagio. The place is spacious, all new and spotless clean. Communication went well. Be aware that due to its location, there is a bit of noise in the evening, on the upside everything is at your doorstep. „Lovely location and good view from outside space. We had to phone twice in an hour to get the check in information after 3pm. The shower was blocked and very very mouldy on arrival. The blockage was fixed but remained very dirty. Their was a lack of facilities - main light not working in bedroom, bedroom and kitchen not in same apartment, no cover for duvet, only see through net curtains, only one dinner sized bowl/plate, very dirty sofa in kitchen space, stale smell throughout on arrival. “

„Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! “

„My husband and I stayed for a week with another couple and their dog. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the balconies had amazing views over the lake. You could not be closer to ferry docks and restaurants. It was quiet and relaxing. „The view is the best thing at the apartment. Beside this everything is cheap or broken. In the first days we did not have an internet connection. In the rest of the stay the internet connection was not realy stable and fast. The TV had no signal. The furniture was not clean and partly broken. The shutters on the roof windows on the upper floor did not work reliably. The WPC pool decks are totally bent and have dangerous gaps. You can see that the apartments are operated with no love and passion.“

„It’s a very nice apartment with underground car park. The parking alone is a great usp in Lugano. Modern, clean and equipped with all you. There is even a Nespresso machine with some tabs. However, you should bring your own coffee tabs as I didn't like the ones offered - but that is a question of personal taste. Full kitchen, fridge, freezer, water kettle etc.. Full five stars. We enjoyed our stay there. If I would make recommendation I would invest in a new mattress. The one there is too soft ...

"Top Unterkunft, die viel zu bieten hat. Das Frühstück bietet eine gute Auswahl und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Zimmer sind sauber und die Betten bequem. Leider liegt es etwas außerhalb und ist von Autobahn und Bahngleise umgeben, sodass man einen kleinen Umweg (ca. 15 Minuten zur nächsten Bushaltestelle) gehen muss, um zum Bus/ zur Tram zu gelangen. Doch man hört im Zimmer weder die Autobahn noch die Züge. "
