With its spacious layout and two stories, this 150m2 house offers plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy their vacation.

The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave, a restful living room with a big and comfy sofa, and a dining room complete with a fireplace, creating the perfect ambience for family gatherings.

Upstairs, you'll find the bedrooms, providing a peaceful and private space for a good night's sleep. There is also another kitchen and dining room on the upper floor, giving you the option to prepare meals or enjoy a delicious dinner together. This property truly offers the comfort and convenience that families desire.

The first bedroom has a queen bed, and the second and third have double beds, all with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and a TV to watch all your favourite shows.

The house also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Outside onto the terrace, you'll be greeted by a beautiful garden, the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or a barbecue in the evening.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Vila Nova de Cerveira is a charming town located in northern Portugal in the district of Viana do Castelo. It sits along the banks of the Minho River, which forms the natural border with Spain to the north.

The town boasts a rich history, with evidence of human settlements dating back to the Roman era. Throughout the centuries, it has been influenced by various cultures, which is reflected in its architecture and cultural heritage. There are several historical buildings, churches, and museums worth exploring.

Surrounding Vila Nova de Cerveira, you'll find lush landscapes and green areas, providing great settings for outdoor activities like hiking and nature walks. Vila Nova de Cerveira has established itself as an important hub for contemporary art. It hosts the Biennial International Art Festival, one of the most renowned art events in Portugal. The festival attracts artists and visitors from all over the world, making it a vibrant and creative destination.

The property is easily accessible by car.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 70-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
